Colors may not make the world go 'round, but having a bright, pastel lid on your netbook will still probably bring a huge smile to your face. Acer may have found the best name ever for a netbook with their new Aspire One Happy, which is now available in four "fruity" colors. Blueberry Shake, Papaya Milk, Strawberry Yogurt and Banana Cream are the four new hues, and they're obviously designed to sell to impulse buyers who just can't get enough sunshine in their life.
Want to know Acer's crazy take on this? "Papaya Milk and Banana Cream shine with optimism, energy and happiness and will bring sunshine to rainy days. Soothing and soft, Blueberry Shake and Strawberry Yogurt stir up memories of sunsets and exotic holidays." Like we said, pretty wild.
The netbooks themselves boast a FineTip keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0+HS, batteries that last up to eight hours, 10.1 WSVGA displays, 1GB of RAM, a dual-core Intel Atom N570 CPU, an Intel GMA 3150 GPU, and up to 320GB of HDD space. It'll ship in late July for 229 pounds in the UK, with eternal happiness included free of charge.
