Inno3D has announced its iChill family of CPU coolers which, for starters, includes three models - the iChill X5, iChill XXX and iChill Storm, that support the chips from both Intel (LGA 775/1155/1156) and AMD (AM2/AM3).
The top of the line iChill X5 can handle up to 200W CPUs, it measures 158 x 124 x 82mm and features five copper heatpipes, 57 aluminum fins and a 120mm fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) fan operating at 800 to 1500 RPM (15 to 29 dBA sound output).
Next in line is the iChill XXX which can be used with 120W processors, boasts five heatpipes, 53 fans, and includes a 90mm FDB that can work at 900 to 2000 RPM and has a sound output of 15 to 29 dBA.
Last one out is the lower-profile (120 x 94 x 58mm) iChill Storm which has a 4-way aluminum heatspreader and a 90mm FDB fan that works at 2500 RPM (19dBA).
Inno3D's coolers are backed by a 6-year warranty. No word on prices just yet.
